Criteria:

  • Must be a resident of Ohio
  • Applicant must be enrolled in one of the following courses of study:
    · An accredited high school program, with personal plans to pursue a degree as a full time student in an accredited two-year technical school or four–year college or university program.
    · A course of study leading to completion in an accredited GED program, with personal plans to pursue a degree as a full time student in an accredited two-year technical school or four–year college or university program.
    · An accredited two-year technical school.
    · An accredited four-year college or university program.
    · An accredited graduate program.
  • The Applicant does not need to be a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau, their respective county Farm Bureau and/or member of any club or organization directly related to vocational agriculture.
  • While the Applicant does not need to be pursuing a degree directly connected to a school and/or college of agriculture, he/she must explain how a particular aspect of the field of agriculture (food production, scientific research, education/outreach, technical support, food processing, product distribution, marketing, policymaking, advocacy and/or any other personal career/leadership development opportunity pursued by the applicant) impacts their career plans.

Renewable: Applicant/Scholarship Recipient may reapply annually
