- Plan to enroll in an institution of higher education or in local classes to benefit your education goals in a field benefiting the aging network
- Applicant must live in Ashland, Crawford, Huron, Knox, Marion, Morrow, Richland, Seneca or Wyandot County
- Applicant's request must be related to aging network (examples: 1.) older consumer attends computer or other classes; 2.) attend higher education in a field of study related to aging such as nursing, social work, health care, etc.; 3.) Purchase books for higher education)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
