- Will be a regularly enrolled students at the College during the 2015-2016 academic year. A regularly enrolled student is one who has graduated from high school (or has received a GED) and is seeking to earn an NC State degree or aid-eligible certificate.
- All applicants must file a FAFSA by March 15, 2015. NC State’s FAFSA code is 005313
- While academic excellence is a major consideration for some of the scholarships, financial need is a primary consideration on several other scholarships
