- Applicant must be a resident of Crawford County, OH
- Applicant must carry an accumulative minimum 2.5 GPA (if graduation was not more than two years prior).
- Applicant must be no more than 30 years of age.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university within Crawford, Richland, or Marion Counties seeking either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (no certificate programs).
- Should provide evidence of leadership roles, including any extracurricular or volunteer activities.
- Must submit a 500 word essay detailing what they like about Crawford County and how they plan to utilize their career aspirations to continue calling the area home after graduation.
