- Must be a senior attending Bucyrus High School or a Bucyrus High School senior enrolled at a vocational school
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA through first semester of senior year
- Plan to attend a 2-yr, 4-yr, or technical college during the fall following high school graduation
- Selection will be based on a combination of grade point average, ACT score, and the completion of the resume
