Criteria:

• Must be an incoming, first-time student
• Must be admitted to BGSU main campus by December 8, 2014
• Must have ACT score (27 or higher) and/or SAT score (1100 or higher, excluding writing portion) on file with the Office of Admissions by December 8, 2014
• Must have at least a 3.5 cumulative high school GPA on a 4.0 scale on file with the Office of Admissions by December 8, 2014.
• Must be able to participate in ALS Selection Weekend, February 15-16, 2015
• Financial need may be considered, but is not a requirement to apply.
• All applicants must complete a FASFA form, listing BGSU as one of the schools that should receive the data from the form. Any questions about the FASFA should be directed to your guidance counselor or the BGSU Student Financial Aid Office (419-372-2651). FASFA for the 2014-2015 academic year need to be filed by the BGSU priority FASFA filing date.
• Must have demonstrated skills in leadership, scholarship and citizenship, excelled in and outside the classroom and shown personal integrity, breadth of involvement and achievement

Amount: The scholarship currently covers the cost of any educational expenses up to the cost of tuition, is renewable for 6 semesters after the first year, and includes a $1,000 book award each year
